So yesterday was spectacular. I woke up this morning and got an email from my teacher that I'm flunking the class. *sigh* Guess I need to go do more school work.
What the hell is the teacher thinking, e-mailing something like THAT? I should think that would be after-class-in-the-office, face-to-face information. Grrr.
I never meet with any of my teachers save one. I have five classes online. She was emailing me to tell me she was missing a bunch of work for me (some of which got crossed via email) and to let me know that because of that my grade was F. *shrugs* I don't know. I sent her an email back and haven't heard anything. She is a bit snotty but I've been a complete fuck up this semester.
Spring semesters are always hard for me it seems. I can make it through Fall without too many major fuck up but it is hard to keep my spring semesters on track. I'm mostly having issues with work being late right now. Between household time, work time, and school time my schedule is full to burst, the juggling is killing me. I'm gonna finish my exam in Contemporary Novel today and then work on making a schedule for myself to see if that helps.
I'm still going to do housework. Housework isn't really taking up all that much time. I'm kinda lazy. And I'm not giving up people time. I'll just schedule it more closely. I should have made a schedule right before the semester started and I didn't. I'm rather paying for it now. On the plus side, I'm pretty much current in all of my classes. Well mostly. Think I've got one late homework assignment in Economics
One thing I've found in this four-year school, over the two-year school, is that I have NO IDEA where I stand at almost any given time, especially with the one prof I have for TWO classes. ARGH. No one should have to tell you that--the syllabus and feedback should have been enough for you to know.
Yep it should be, but I didn't know she hadn't gotten the quizzes (I don't think she has the Show Grades option up). I knew I was behind on my disscussion board and was going to take care of it yesterday. As for the exam that was all my fault. I got mixed up between that and Contemporary Novel and missed the date I was supposed to do it by.
All five of the classes that are currently running had first exams last week. There was also a BlackBoard outage on saturday so my Contemporary Novel teacher extended her deadline. So I got mixed up between Business and Novel about who's deadline was where. I even emailed the teacher about it but then with New Years in full swing I promptly forgot to check my email. *sigh* So honestly, this one was all my own disorganised fault.
